Service Design

I bring together a mix of creative and strategic skills to make the invisible visible. From personas and journey maps to service blueprints, process maps, and beyond. I create clear, human-centred artefacts that help teams see the big picture, spot opportunities, and design better experiences.

Content Creation

I create content that’s fun, fresh, and made to stick. From snappy captions, reels, and photos to blogs, newsletters, and onboarding emails, I help brands show up, sound great, and stay in people’s heads.

Interaction & Game Design

I design playful, purposeful experiences that put people first. From early storyboards and wireframes to user testing and refining interaction flows, I guide ideas from sketch to screen. My process includes prototyping, co-design, and the creation of clear, engaging product guides and support materials ensuring users not only enjoy the experience but understand it too.

Graphic Design

I turn complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals. Whether it’s information booklets, pamphlets, posters, learning materials or digital assets for online use, I design with purpose and people in mind. I specialise in transforming data into insightful infographics that make key messages steal the show.

Digital Illustration

I create vibrant illustrations, usually of food and animals. I'm drawn to food that's bright, textural, and visually irresistible. I wrote and illustrated my own picture book, and love exploring new ways to share my work. Whether it’s through light boxes, stickers, t-shirts, or whatever canvas comes next. My work blends storytelling, humour, and heart with a side of snacks, of course.

I’m a creative problem-solver who thrives on using design thinking to tackle just about anything. With a background in Fine Arts, Advertising, Design, User Experience, Visual Culture, Marketing, and Glowie Building for Glowjob... I’ve gathered a pretty eclectic toolkit along the way.I’ve worked across both private and public sectors (New Zealand Police and Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ), bringing a human-centred approach to complex systems and services.I’m at my best when I’m wearing the unofficial title of CFO: Chief Fun Officer. My current fun (and ambitious) side project? A full-blown DIY home renovation in rural Aotearoa. Together with my partner Mikey and our labradoodle Billie Jean, we’re transforming our space into a domestic dream (think hand-painted wall murals, restored rimu floors, retrofitted original timber windows with double glazing, and upcycled furniture galore).Follow our renovation progress on TikTok.
